Join Our Hikings

Get outside and awaken your sense of adventure with Albany Movement & Fitness! You don’t have to travel far to experience the outdoors and create unforgettable memories. Our New York State-licensed Trail Guides will lead you through some of the best-loved trails in the country, right in our backyard – the Adirondacks. Hiking is not a spur of the moment activity. It is important to plan and train accordingly. We do not expect any prior hiking experience but as you know hiking can be physically demanding. All of our trips are differentiated by level of difficulty. We use a scale from 1-5 (1 being easy and 5 being most difficult) to rate the challenge or our trips. While planning your trip we will work with you to determine the right trip for you based on your physical abilities, experience, and desire. We recommend starting an exercise routine several weeks prior to your trip date, especially if you have not been exercising.
